IGM Checks...cashout takes FOREVER!!!!
 

Here is the scoop...

On Dec. 1st I made a deposit through IGMpay (with Party) to take advantage of the 20% bonus.

I cleared the bonus the next day (Dec. 2nd) and requested to cash out all of my money.

As of now, my request is still pending or in process.

I sent Party an email about it and they said something like "Yes we are witholding your $$ till your check clears"...then I replied something like "...according to my bank statements $$$ was taken out of my account for IGMPay on Dec. 2nd so you should have the money by now"...

Another representative replied saying that, yes we got your deposit but it takes 3-7 days to process it then another 1-2 days to get it verified and etc etc etc....

Geez whiz....I though cashing out at Prima and Pacific was the worst but this is silly.

dude, you just cashed in...and a day later you want to cash it out, of course they are going to take their time with it. play on any sort of consistent basis then you will have your cash-outs processsed more rapidly.

I have only used IGM and it has worked well for me. The way the eCheck system works is they credit your account with the money, then contact your bank and transfer the money. There is a waiting period between which your bank takes money out and IGM gets it and can approve it.

For their system to work they have to make sure they have all deposits before crediting you... otherwise you could bounce echecks and steal money.


My advice with IGM: put in a cashout before 1pm on WEEKDAY (weekends are a pause) and it will be there the next morning. As long as you have no deposits.

Dude chill out, we've all been there.

They won't cash out to your bank until they've received funds from your initial deposit. Essentially when you deposit $500 through IGM-Pay and whore off the bonus you're playing on credit.

They just want your electronic check to clear before giving your money back, what's wrong with that?

it is not an instant transfer. it is a check and checks take a few business days to clear. even if both sides show it pending, ie both acknowledge it, it still has to go through the clearing house (ACH?) or something like that. it's never as fast as withdrawing to neteller. but it is the same as cashing out from neteller by eft (instead of insta-cash which entails a fee).
