Weak two pair with smallish stack. What\'s your move?

$5 PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t100 (5 handed)

SB (t6545)
Hero (t980)
UTG (t780)
MP (t2535)
Button (t2660)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG folds, MP calls t100, Button folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (t300) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero ???

Don't think I'm folding out a better Q on this level if I push, MP hasn't gotten out of line yet. Not worried about UTG. I feel I have to bet this, but it has to be full pot given the draws out there.

Is bet pot/fold to reraise the best way to play this? If I bet pot I have 580 chips left

Also, if I get called, I really can't assume the guy has a Q or J as players at these tables routinely pay full pot to draw. So say I bet pot, get called, and the turn blanks? What now?

I really hated this hand, as you can tell.
