Hand 1: Tough decision. I would either re-raise big, or fold which is probobly the better option here.

Hand 2: It would help if I knew your cards.

I like the first hand, although in the second hand I prefer to look at what I've been dealt.

hand 1: yep, good time to muck, if you ask me. don't like the flush & straight coordinated flop w/only top pair, second kicker.

hand 2: initially i was going to say something like "hero's action should be to quit raising 4xBB preflop in the dark" . . .but then i thought i'd give a go at trying to figure out what you had. kinda smells like AKo, and you aren't sure if you should fire again on the turn after button called your t300 flop bet. can't really see another hand you'd raise like that preflop, unless you're pretty loose and raised QJs and the flop bet was a semibluff.

.. i give. . . what did ya have?

Hand 1) I likely fold this preflop, always unsuited, usually when they're suited as they are now. However if you decide to call it's time to fold on the flop after the raise and reraise.

Hand 2) What the other posters said.

I think you have a push and close your eyes scenario in hand two.

They will have a monster less often than they have the draw or just top pair here and you cant afford for them to be having freebies.

It's one of those where you know you have a chance of losing heavy chips, but there's nothing you can do.
