intertops cashout

I have a new intertops account, made a deposit using neteller and now trying to cash out. The problem is that neteller is NOT in the cashout options...only echecks, switch-solo, fps epassport and intertops.com. What is this?

Just cashout to your 'intertops.com' account.. from there you will be able to use neteller to cashout.. Thats what I did.
