I hate middle pair
 

How am i supposed to play this hand? I dont know if im ahead or if i should be not even betting this at all? Any suggestions?

I used to have the same problem. It was far reduced when I realised the choice was to check-raise the flop - either you'll get a fold, which is fine, or a call, which may see you to the river card for free, or you'll get re-raised and you can probably fold. It plays far easier this way.


The villain in this hand probably has a T or a K - you can't tell. He may even have T5 or K5 [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
