Royal Vegas cashout question

In their rules for cashing out, they have this statement:

"We will not make payment by check of amounts less than the monetary equivalent of 30 (thirty) casino credits."

Anyone have any idea what a casino credit is in this case? I would e-mail their support, but they don't have a good track record of responding...

thanks,
Rhone.

One casino credit is almost always 1 dollar. (Or pound, or euro, whatever currency the site uses.)

On their cashier page, it shows the amount in your account as "Credits" and then (USD). Although I'm not sure Royal Vegas follows logic, that would logically lead me to infer that a dollar is the equivalent of one credit.

You will have to make a deposit first.

same thing happened to me, and i tried depositing so I could withdraw and everything went into havoc. Nothing worked! all the credit cards were denied b/c of some stupid visa and MC rule.

You Cashout, although they call it a cash-in? WTF?

3 days later they request your drivers drivers license.

2 days later they acknowledge recieving your drivers license

3 days later you email asking where the F your money is at?

Then you are still waiting....

Their promotion doesn't say anything about having to deposit...just raked hands requirement, which I met.

Sorry, but they do ask for a deposit - to insure that you are of legal age (or so they say). After that, you can do your cashout. It took me three weeks to get paid, but the check did make it.
