5 hands for critique

I'm not much of a ring game nl player. In fact, I'd sworn it off before as a sure-fire way for me to hemmhorage money. (Oddly enough, I like my tournament nl play, but just have done awful in rings.) But boredom while playing limit at pacific got the better of me, and when I started, the table stats for the nl sure looked juicy compared to those for 1/2 on stars, so I took the plunge. Out of respect for bisonbison, I withhold results for a later post. Thanks.

Hand 1

Table was fairly passive, so I felt OK limping ep with my hand. No read on New Guy; obviously I had respect for Fish.

Re: 5 hands for critique

Hand 1: Why raise the flop, especially by so much? With his re-raise you are probably up against a set which gave him a boat on the turn.

Hand 2: The numbers are messed up but it looks as though you reraised with 10 10, dont know how many people would recommend that. He calls your flop bet so why do you go all in on the turn when an overcard comes? There are so many hands here that beat you.

Hand 3: Raise pre-flop, bet flop. You might have got away with slow-playing the aces here but its not a good move.

Hand 4: I would muck pre-flop. The min raise on the flop doesnt tell you anything, of course he is going to call it. You hit a lucky card on the turn, probably a decent bet here but its far from a strong hand. I would check and fold to a strong bet on the river.

Hand 5: Muck preflop.

I'm only new myself so I take my opinions for what they are worth- not a whole lot
