You were wrong. 66 there wasn't counterfeited. 66 would be counterfeited only if the board was 5789 and came a six on the river.

AQ versus A7 with a board of AAQ2Q is getting counterfeited.

I'm not going to argue this, as I didn't say your first sentence was wrong, rather your second.

Certainly you'll figure out that there isn't just one definition for the term.

It WAS a counterfeit, either you accept that reality or you don't.
