You're a bit out of date H on a couple of them..

to the best of my knowledge, coquitlam is still closed for renovations.

baby no limit has really taken over a lot of the casinos. You'll find more 1-2NL than anything. RR usually runs 2-4, 4-8 (occasionally kill), a bunch of 1-2NL, 1 or 2 3-6nl. They used to run 20-40, kill, or 40-80 with the occasionaly 50-100 on weekends, but now it seems like they're trying to do 30-60 and a 15-30 game.. but the latter hasn't taken off from what i've heard.

cascades is similar.. 1-2nl, 2-4 and 4-8 primarily.
