I\'ll never make this mistake again

Even if you are almost sure that you are beaten, when the pot is large on the river, do not fold decent hands for one bet.

I apologize for the lack of proper formating, if anybody knows of a hand converter for Interpoker, let me know please.

Interpoker .25/.50, I had just joined the table and had no reads...

Preflop: I don't think I should have capped this, although with this many people calling it probably wasn't a very big mistake.

Flop: I'm not sure what I was thinking here. I probably have an equity edge, and I might be able to protect my hand from someone holding overcards. But with the pot so large, I should have known they would not fold.

Turn: this ace really scares me, but I'm pretty sure that I have two good outs and the pot is large enough to justify this call.

River: I missed my set. I'm pretty sure someone has a Queen or Ace, so I must be beat... even though I'm getting 32.5-to-1 pot odds, I idiotically fold.

If I made any other mistakes, please point them out. I'd appreciate an analysis of my analysis rather than of the hand itself. Thanks

Preflop cap is marginal. Flop raise sucks. River fold sucks worse.

Don't try to draw to a set unless you're getting massive pot-odds like 20:1 or something. I think there's a fold somewhere earlier in this hand, but certainly don't fold for one bet in a 35BB pot. You should be calling with bottom pair or almost anything in a pot this size.

I was getting 27.5 to 1 plus implied odds. I think the turn was the only place I played properly.

I don't know if it's the right play here (and please tell me if it isn't), but I'd call down from the flop.

Had there been a few less opponents I'd raise since the probability of my hand being best would been higher. But with six opponents, the ten doesn't look as exciting. Also the pot is too big for a fold.

You were Tens weren't even clean outs because they put 3 to a straight on board.

I'm tired, so I'll contribute as much as I can:

Your preflop cap was great.

I'm pretty unsure about the flop raise, you should probably call it instead.

I'm going to go against the crowd and say that if you hit your set on the river, go ahead and raise. People are married to this pot and will pay off with worse hands. There hasn't really been enough action to put anyone on specific hands, yet.

How much do you think I should have discounted the outs in this situation?

Because with that many people calling I have an equity edge?
