Anyone else receive this Letter from Party?

I just receive a letter in the mail from Party Poker and it seems that they are offering me a Bonus but It also seems like a page is missing. Hopefully someone can help me out.

Here is what the letter says.

Whis is the Bonus I have no clue. I have no bonus code and I also tried to call Party and they have no clue either which b.t.w. doesn't surprise me.

Now, while I would be the first to say something like this is an identity theft attempt, there's nothing in the letter which would allow the scammer to gain said ID... no number to call, fake site to visit... So why is everyone saying scam?
