Small flush HU

We have been playing HU for about half an hour now, i've been playing super LAG although just recently slowed down, I dont think villan noticed. He makes a lot of mini raises on all streets with garbage, and usually follows it by a 4xBB raise on the river, ive come over the top a couple times on him and he folds every time. He also has a tell that if he pauses before a check or bet he almost always has a strong hand. Anyway here it is.

Hero: $185
Villan: $150

Hero: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Im on the button and call, villan raises to $3, hero calls.
Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villan bets $1, Hero raises to $3, Villan calls. At this point im putting him on a pair here, he usually bets his draws pretty strong.
Turn: J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Villan bets $1, Hero raises to $15, Villan calls.
FlopL 10 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
Villan bets $40 (no pause), Hero?
Is everybody just calling here or anybody raising him? Im thinking the nut straight is very possible but, im a bit worried about what he is calling with on the flop and turn. AKo is also a possibility although i think he would play it harder then that. Comments on all streets appreciated.

.5/1 I assume?

I would never fold this river. If you have been coming over the top of him alot I would push.

HU this is an autopush. No way he puts you on a flush.

Yes its .5/1. I came over the top of him and he called with a K high flush. I was pretty sure that I played it well but looking back I wasnt sure if I should have pushed given his action on the flop and turn. Anyway thanks and glad everybody agrees with me.

Flush over flush HU is like set over set. You aren't getting away cheap.
