Is is similar to "Rebel Without a Cause" with the Chickie run (chicken run) aspect. There is like this good kid that hardly ever gets in trouble, and then the tough guy bad boy.

It ends where they go play chicken heading straight towards a cliff, not towards each other. In the end the good kid and the bad dude like become friends or something...

The bad dude had dark hair and the black leather jacket.

Its an older movie.

If it's the movie I'm thinking of, the "bad dude" is an angel or something, and has to help the "good kid" to get into heaven or some [censored] like that.

"My Angel" maybe or something like that?
