Real men don't need pairs. "Standard" hands yet still "exciting bragable" hands for me because there was actual "poker" being required to "play."

Flop 863r. Checked around.

Turn 3c (second club). Checked to NG who bets, I c/r, DRuff folds, NG calls.

River 2h. I check, NG checks behind with Kd9d ship me $1850.



GOLD MEDAL ace high effort:

$150/300 6-handed. Same NG as first hand opens from the button. I 3bet in SB with A7o. BB cold calls, button calls.

Flop 665 two hearts. I bet both call.

Turn 4c. I bet, BB raises, button calls, I call.

River Tc. I check, BB bets, button folds, I call.

Jc7c no good sir. I've got the real 7. $4200 yw.

hand1 looks standard.

hand2, lots of semibluffing in this game, or this villian? It's a very tempting call when the sandwiched player folds, but we still have to beat a guy who c/r'd the field on the turn and led into 2 players on the river....nh though.
