cashout issues with pokerstars

this afternoon i attempted to cashout 700.00 from my pokerstars account. i had recently made deposits totalling 1300.00, and in the past my "refunds" to neteller were instant. however today it was not. also there is no trace of my cashout in the history. lastly i received an email from pokerstars saying they received my request to cashout $0.00. however, the 700.00 disappeared from my account? anyone else experience anything like this? obviously i emailed support. i'm sure theyre support will get it fixed in a hurry.

we'll see i guess.

This looks like a connection time-out between Neteller and Stars (probably due to Neteller going through some updates on their site or something). I woudn't worry about it, just let support know what's going on.

Ok basically what happened is that neteller is down, and stars sends these weirdo emails when this happens...next time try emailing support, they usually have the answers to these questions and not internet forums of unaffiliated sites.....GL

I just made a withdrawl for $600 from Stars one hour ago to my Neteller, and it was instantly transferred. I hope your situation gets resolved.

Hey man, I had the EXACT same problem (except for $600.00). I emailed Stars and it's a Neteller thing. It will get sorted out, here is the email they sent me explaining it.

"Hello Aaron,

I apologize for the confusion. At the time you made your cashout
request, NETeller was experiencing temporary connectivity problems.
This is why your request was not completed automatically.

Our Accounts department will verify the status of your cashout request
as soon as possible. Once they do this, an automated confirmation email
will be sent to you to inform you if your cashout was successful or
not.

If your cashout was not successfully completed by NETeller, your funds
will be credited back to your PokerStars account balance. You can then
make another cashout request.

If there is anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

Best regards,

Charles
PokerStars Support Team"

edit: Also they replied to my email within 10 minutes of me sending it. I could marry every one of the PokerStars support staff for their awesome service.
