10/20 Checkup Hand 3

I am in the CO with KsQs. Villain may be a bit tilty. I am not sure. He raised me on the turn with AK high last hand on a 9964 board(I had 66) and I 3 bet and he called me down.

I raise, villain calls on the button, Sb calls, bb folds

Flop Ah,As,Jd
sb checks, I bet, villain calls, sb folds.

Turn Ts
I bet, Villain raises, I 3 bet, Villain caps

River 5h
I check, Villain bets, I call.

How many bets do I want to go in this pot? Is this optimal?

I would bet-call the river.

i kind of think this is a spot you should either checkraise and take the lose 3:win 2 proposition (as opposed to the 2:1) or check/call.

You think he's the sort to coldcall with AT, AJ, TT, or JJ rather than 3-betting them?

eh I guess you're right. I dunno some guys are just pretty random, ya know? What do you think about my claim that checkraising is better than betting?

I think we can rule out him checking through, so it depends on what hands he raises when we bet vs. which he 3bets when we checkraise and the difference in equity between 3:2 and 2:1. If we bet and he always raises a better hand we need to be ahead 66%. I don't see why this is better than checkraising where we need to be ahead 60% (if he always raises better hands and call with worse) and he might not 3bet AT. If we just bet he might only call with weak aces.

this was actually going through my mind at the time. I could not see him having JJ AJ, but I thought AT was a strong possibility. I also find it hard to believe that a hand like A5s caps the turn.
