AP vs PP?

Anyone play on Absolute?

Going from Party Poker to AP I found myself getting owned. I do quite well playing .5/1 on PP 6 max and read about the 200% bonus on AP so I decided to give it a try. It's a ridiculous amount of hands to unlock the bonus but I play that many hands in a day anyway.

I only have a sample size of about 200 hands but I definitely noticed a difference in skill of the players.

In the first 40 hands I got JJ three times and lost to AK every single time. I had numerous times but when I played it I flopped two pair twice. A6 I flopped A68 then turn was a 6. The guy had 88 and won. The EXACT same thing happened about 30 hands later.

I know a lot about poker, and a lot about variance but this is ridiculous. I guess it's pretty much the same everywhere and the beats are just as bad at Party.

Moral of the story, unlocking a bonus by playing 2k hand with rakes over .25$ is hard work.
