Ray,

Speaking about hot dogs. I was watching a show the other night on PBS that was about making them. It was interesting! The Vienna Beef company uses all real beef, except the casing is made from sheep intestines. Do they get the sheep from you?

Good Luck

I've heard the strike date is the end of May. I've also heard that the strike is pretty unlikely.

Ray,

PBS actually filmed inside the factory. I was surprized that they actually cut away large chucks of fat off of the hunks of meat before they put the meat in the puree machine. So, that white stuff you are talking about is not from the Vienna Beef company. They produce a high quality hot dog. Maybe, you've been eating the hot dogs from a low quality food processing company.

Good Luck
