AHHHH!! Paradise poker!
 

I think paradisepoker just stole $3,000 from me. All of a sudden today i log in, start playing and i disconnect. I try to long in again and it says that its unable to validate my password!! Has anyone had this happen to them before? My password wont work.

It sounds to me like you're jumping to conclusions. Have you mailed them to see what's happening?

i think it is laughable to say that the site stole $3,000 from you.

either you are having a tech problem with your password, or they locked you out for some reason. if you did nothing wrong, you will be back in business in minutes.

how about coming back here and telling us what happened? not fair to make an accusation then just let it slide if/when you find out it is user error.

looking forward to hearing about the resolution.

FWIW, the only time i have seen this is when they catch colluders. 6 years ago, 2 idiots were pumping pots on me at a 10-20 5-max. i email security and 5 minutes later they were picked-up (disconnected), and subsequently booted from the site for life.

holy crap, do you need someone to wipe your ass for you too? what can we possibly respond to this to help you? Why don't you try calling or emailing them?

Yeah, they probably decided to steal the money from you, no doubt. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

With amazing logic like that, I have to start with the basics:

1) Is your CAPS LOCK key on?
2) Did you try the "forgot password" link which I'm sure can be found in the gaming application or on their website?
3) Did you contact support via e-mail?

I'm gonna guess that one of these three will get you an answer as to what they spent your money on. Perhaps they bought all the staff IPODs?

I sent Paradise an e-mail for you and described the problem. They said they will in touch with you to correct the problem.
