Luck rating from EV

I remember reading about a program recently that gave you a rating on how lucky you have been running. You put your hand histories into it and it calculates the +EV/-EV of your winning/losing hands and comes up with a number of sorts...I can't seem to find the post talking about it. Can someone point me in the direction of this program?
