from last night's super. villain had gotten to table recently, but raised in the CO and folded to a reraise from the button.

I dont like it, in effect your risking 600 to win 260. I think you felt handcuffed by stack sizes preflop so you didnt reraise and now you're trying to make up for it on the flop.

Better Options:
1. Reraise preflop and either call a push, or push the flop.

2. Lead this flop for 100 and make him push to win the hand.

i'd reraise preflop a good deal here with him on the button...dont mind the check-raise he can fold alot of hands here
