The idea is that it will not be a 4-way pot after 3-betting. That being said, I just fold PF, because I doubt the 3-bet will have the desired result.

I agree. 3-bet PF to get it heads-up with position. Especially since the guy is a bozo. This kind of isolation play didn't work for me below 10/20, but people at 10/20 (and, I'm assuming at 15/30) seem to be able to fold to 2 bets back to them. If UTG and MP can make that fold, I think you need to 3-bet.

There's a limper, a poster and the blinds. You get this heads up roughly never. I think the call pf is plainly the best play.
