NC- WAY OT: FOOTBALL SURVEY

It's halftime, snowing, 32 degrees out, and the hometown team is down 35-0. You stickin around to watch the pwnage?

I've done this. Except it was a rugby union final, was overseas and it wasn't snowing (something like 0-5 degrees C though, and I only had a short sleeved rugby jersey and jeans on). My team got back 25 points.

If I'm there, I might stay for the Reggie White thing and the 1st possession of the 2nd half. At most.

Well it's time to work Koy Detmer into the starting role.

Just curious. I remember being at a Wsox/Rangers game when I was pretty young. Gramps was pressurin my dad to take off in the 8th, as we were down 5 runs. In the bottom of the 9th the Sox scored 2 runs and then Robin Ventura hit a grandslam. Interesting how sometimes enough is enough, and other times the unthinkable happens Sure was glad we stayed (it was a lot warmer than 32 degrees though.

I'm pretty sure that the guy who spread his mom's ashes on the field is sorry that her remains can't walk out on this one.
