AQs in the BB - late tournament

24th of 270 in a $5 rebuy tournament. First rank of the payout schedule, but payouts don't really get decent until midway through the final table.

Hero is in the BB and sees AQs. Folds around to button who limps. SB folds. Villain is a relative unknown, but I haven't seen anything that got my attention. The table has seen a lot of limping and not a lot of aggression. Hero has about 8BB left and Villain has 11BB or so.

Hero raises it up to 3BB. Intent is to bet out just about any flop.
Villain thinks for about half his clock and then goes all-in.

Hero calls or folds?

(If you hate my lie in general, please let me know as well.)

You are in 24th place out of 270 with only 8 BB?!? I have an unbelievable tough time understanding that.

I probably push preflop.. A call is the only play you have in the decision you left us with though.

Sorry, we are down to 24 out of 270. My stack probably puts me about 2/3 of the way down of those remaining.

Definently call here on the end.. Only 4 hands really have you crushed and you can't worry about them with only 8 BB.
