Which QB should I start for Week 3?
 

Ten team league, I'm one of two guys that has a 2-0 squad. I rule.

Standard Yahoo scoring. My QB choices are:

Brett Favre @ Tampa Bay

Kerry Collins @ Philly

Eli Manning @ San Diego

why do you have 3 qbs?

anyway, i start favre. dude puts up numbers even tho his team sucks. he could have his best fantasy season due to always having to come back in games. and we know how much he loves to air it out and the coaching staff lets him do what he pleases.

I may bite my tongue on sunday but i say Eli. The eagles D will punish collins, he may get some yardage but i think you are looking at minimal td points and a high potential for turnovers. the eagles secondary is very good.

given the responses so far, it sounds like I am leaning towards Griese.

For the OP I'd go w/ Collins. For you I'd go w/ Griese.

If Trent Green can destroy GB's Secondary, Griese should be able to, especially with an O-Line and recievers.

I have sort of the same dilemma. I need to figure out whether I should pick Griese, Plummer, or Brooks (instead of Delhomme) on the waiver wire, and also figure if I should start one of them over Collins.

If I was playing QB this weekend vs. GB, I'd probably start myself over most, needless to say Brian Griese is much better than me.

Collins against Philly. GB's OLine is awful and Brett doesn't have time to throw. Tampa's D flys around and makes big plays. He'll have 2/3 picks. Eli will not put up big numbers, but will stay out of trouble. If you're looking for safe, go with Eli, but the Moss v Owens show will inspire Moss enough to get involved which will do nothing but help Collins.

Griese in a landslide. I would start Chris Simms against GB and be confident
