KJs against two loose/passive and a donk bet...

party 3/6 6max

Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Preflop: Hero openraises, folded to sb (43/0/1.5ish) who cold calls, BB (65/5/1ish) calls...

Flop: 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players, 6sb)
sb checks, bb bets, hero calls??, sb calls...

---first question is here, is this a standard raise? what is my plan for the turn and river if bb alone or both call?

turn: 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, 4.5bb)
sb checks, bb, checks, hero bets, both call

river: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players, 7.5bb)
sb checks, bb checks, hero ??

---value bet here??

comments on all streets appreciated...thanks

I would raise the flop.

Given the call, I think the river is a definite value bet, especially given the possibility of gaining two bets.

I raise the flop and bet thru as long as they keep calling.

i'd be inclined to raise the flop since it's so draw heavy. people donk out flush draws and oesds all the time on boards like this against the preflop raiser.

does anyone else like raising the flop? or does calling have some merit?

I would do the same. Checking the river crossed my mind but I think you lose value by not betting here.

I'm raising the flop, betting the turn, and checking behind on the river with 2 people still there, HU I bet the river.

However, this hand played differently then it would have if the flop was raised so the way this hand played out it looks like this is an easy value bet on the river

is there any merit to just calling the flop here?

my thinking was that if i just call the flop and he leads the turn i can fold pretty confidently, is this just too weak?

The way that game is playing right now, yes it's on the weak side.

Just raise the flop.

People are betting anything, everything and nothing in that game right now. It's retarded.
