SSHE and Micro-Limits

Are the starting hand tables in Small Stakes Hold Em (SSHE) suitable for 0.25-0.50 fixed limit games?

How should the recommendations in SSHE be altered to play in micro-limit games?

Thanks,

G.

Re: SSHE and Micro-Limits

The short answer is yes.
The long answer is still yes but it will depend on where you play and what table as to whether you use the loose or tight chart. Ultimately though you will want to get away from the charts which Ed Miller talks about Here
PS - I am not a fan of the any two suited cards from the SB play but his may be a minority opinion here.

Absolutely yes.

Remeber that the starting hands are starting point. The key to getting better is to learn why the hands are right to play in certain situations.

Make sure you identify the blind structure, since it's not going to be a 1-2 one (no $.125 blinds ).

If the blinds are .10/.25, throw away some of the suited garbage.
If they're .15/.25, you can play nearly anything.
