Let me elaborate. If the guy is passive (so it appears), you will probably get a free SD. If he's secretly aggro, you will induce the bluff.

yep bet/fold turn.

once he calls he most likely has a straight draw (gs or TJ) or a better 9. I check/call the river primarily for bluff induction.
