I suck at 10/20

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].

Flop: (6.50 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB folds.

River: (6.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button raises, Hero ???

50/50 chance I got this right

Villian is a 39/15/1.3 after 89 hands. Hes kind of kooky with his play I guess.

I probably call, but folding might be best. It sure seems like button was trying to keep SB with his trip tens, and by the river saw a clear raise. Is he really investing 2 BB for a bluff in a 7.5 BB pot? Are you good 1 in 10? I'm not sure, but I think maybe you can fold.

Again, I don't have the guts for that, and I usually just call, but it is easy to say fold when I don't have to play the hand.

River is THE blank! It´s not a scare card he can bluff at. If he just wanted to represent Trips, he will do this on the turn almost every time instead of calling there and raising you on the river when you know you can see the showdown for just 1 more.
His stats also dont look that aggro, I´d say you dont win this 1 in 10, maybe never against this kind of player.

yep, not enough hands to know if aggressionfactor is right, and if he does crazy things its an easy call, u need a good read to not call in a spot like this

I'm not sure I like the river bet. He's aggressive enough to bet any 6 or 7 and kooky enough to bet any two overcards or even an underpair on the river if checked to. I hate to get raised in this spot on the river having to pay two bets. Furthermore, betting the river may force him to fold a weaker hand. Granted he'll call with some beaten made hands, but I think he's more likely to bet those beaten made hands as well as bluff other hands when checked to. I like checking this river and inducing bluffs/bets from weaker/beaten hands.

Anyway, given the way the hand played out, I think you can fold the river. I don't think its 50/50. Raising the turn often represents the T, raising the river often means he has it...far more than 50/50. Yeah he can be kooky, but I think that's more of a reason to check/call the river because you clearly don't want to fold to a river raise here and get pushed out of the pot, nor do you want to pay 2BB to see the river. I would probably call some of the time, fold others. You don't have a ton of hands on him, so it may be worth the info to see if he'll bluff raise the river with a worse hand. Majority of the time, I'd fold.
