google spybot . spybot search and destroy is free and very effective

Those are the two big ones.

Anything you could possibly want for your computer is here at download.com, and they pretty much tell you what you should download from user reviews and amt of downloads.

Download AdAware and SpyBot they are two of the best free utilities for removing spyware, dialers, trojons, etc. Here's a good review to read.
