Party giving me 30% up to $150?
 

I just registered with Party Poker and after confirming my email address, was taken to a page telling me I could received a bonus of 30%.

How come I've always heard it was 20%? Will I still get the 30% even though I also used PSO, which told me it was 20%?

Guess its not a 5x bonus. It says I have to play 1050 hands to clear it! Under my bonus account, I now have 2 bonuses, the PSO one and the deposit one. Is it possible that I could get 9000 points, a 20% PSO bonus, and a 30% bonus from Party all with one deposit?

I would recommend that you DON'T use the EXTRA30 code if you are signing up with PSO, because it will void your initial bonus which clears much faster. here are the terms as far I my experience goes:

- PSO "SPECIAL 100". 20% to $100, 250 raked hands (2.5x)
- Party Poker "EXTRA 30" 30% to $150, 1050 raked hands (7x)

for the extra $50 bonus, you're better off just starting new at another site once you're done with SPECIAL100.

if you've already deposited using EXTRA30, then the PSO bonus should say "Elapsed".

it won't void anything

as long as the "special100" code still shows up you are linked to PSO, the deposit bonus is completely separate. You can use any deposit bonus you want.

You're good. So then what does that mean? The PSO bonus is dead? Also, do the raked hands I use to complete my bonus also count towards receiving my gift from PSO? Sorry for the extremely dumb newbie questions. I've been going back and forth between Party, BonusWhores, and PSO looking up information. I figure you guys have a lot of this memorized and you can save me some time. Thank you very much for your help.

you missed the point here. in addition to the SPECIAL100 code linking PSO as an affiliate, it is also the best initial bonus available because it only requires 250 raked hands to clear $100 (whereas other codes are generally no better than 500 raked hands).

The PSO bonus is dead, unfortunately. you are still tracked to PSO as an affiliate though. so go ahead and play 1050 raked hands to receive $150 bonus, which is still plenty good compared to other sites. once you've played your first 250 raked hands, you can contact PSO to get your merchandise points first. by the time you are done with the full 1050 raked hands, your "gift" can already be on its way to you.
