10/20 hand....did i cost myself a bet here?
 
should i have just called the turn bet and hope to raise the river or is the turn raise standard?

If a weaker K is what he's got, I want to make with the raising fun right now. If he doesn't have a K, he probably doesn't even bet the river. This is fine.

maybe, if you were gonna slow play i would chk through the flop, bet/raise the turn. If he has a K, you're gonna get action on the turn, but if some other card came and you bet, he might think your stabbing (heads up) and raise you to see wheere you are at, for 1 BB instead of 1 SB. Pretty standard though, no big adujstments. Its probably close, that was just an idea of mine.
