i thought this was the whole point of mouthwash. i use water to rinse after mouthwashing, flossing and brushing.

Floss, Mouthwash, Brush

that's how I roll

you floss first, to get all the major chunks out of the way. Then mouthwash, to help loosen up all the bad stuff like the commercial says. and the brush last, to remove the bad stuff that the mouthwash loosened up.

i dont see how u guys floss AFTER brushing your teeth...seems like a waste...it needs to be done BEFORE
