loose limit games

If im playing on pokerstars or the party 6 man limit games, i sometimes wonder why i raise with certain hands preflop
since people call with crap all the time, is it really worth it to raise with ak, cause ill never be sure where im at if the board brings nothing, even if its like, 223, where they could very well be holding like a 24. And i feel i lose a lot of money on pocket pairs, ususally because i feel obligated to raise the flop even when its all overs, so im generally losing a lot of money on pocket pairs that dont hit their set. So should i just be calling, not raising with like, a10, aj, aq, and 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, etc.?
