Nobody can say yes or no? It's been over 30 minutes since I've seen tables. Is this everywhere or just me?

Further to your email, even we are trying to tell you the same thing. You mention deliberately slowing down the
game.

Please be informed that every player is given 30 seconds to respond and is allowed to take that time. We can not force the player to perform in the before the time, they can take the complete 30 seconds to respond.

It could be that the player is trying to learn the game and take time to respond.
