27/18 is not VERY TIGHT imo, especially over 50 hands. If he was 22/16 I would probably be more worried. But despite all that, after he raised the turn I think your best bet is probably a chop - so I would trust your read and C/C the river.

Reason being is that your turn bet does not look like a semi-bluff as the board is rainbow and draw free and I am assuming he won't cap pre w/AQ.
