Time for a stop and go?

To this day, I cant seem to figure out the right time to use a stop and go. I almost never do it.

$1/$2 NL 6 max
MP ($150) limps. I raise to $10 in the BB with KK and he calls.

Pot $21. Flop T83 with 2 spades. I have the Ks. I bet $15 and he min raises to $30. I called.

Pot $81. Turn was an offsuit 9. I checked, he bet $44 and I check raised all in. Is a stop and go better here? If I lead out for $50, he doesnt have correct odds to chase a flush if he was trying to min raise the flop to get a free card. If he has a set, he will most likely push in and I will probably need to fold. Problem is that it will be $60 to me with a $240 pot so Im not sure I could fold getting 6:1

Is the stop and go correct here?

I think you have to pay off a set on this board. You could lead the turn, and call a push. But your line is okay if you think he will try to semibluff the turn. Otherwise he takes the free card when behind, and valuebets a set, T8, (AT?).
