Hidden folders- where did they go?
 

Ok, so I was experimenting with some of my picture folders>> right clicked and made them hidden. Now I can't find them. Help [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

got it:

Go to Start/Run and type in: control folders. View: Show hidden files and folders and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types.

I don't understand the purpose of them being "hidden" if they are so easily accessible

The're just hidden from people that don't right click... the feature is to keep cluless people out of system folders, not to hide porn.

I was actually trying to hide my sensitive ID documentation for casinos. And by sensitive ID documentation for casinos, I mean midget porn.
