I had my KK wrecked by a set of 10s just before the break. Was down as low as 850. Managed to scrape back to 2800 now. Still could use some help. [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]

Raise with JJ in EP, got called by 77 and 88. Flop came 887 lol. Fortunately they both just called my flop bet and an A came on the turn so I was left with some chips.

I think one of the interesting things is how varied good players' opinions are of correct payout structures.

I didn't get what you meant by this response, were you referring to the 20%?

True, but the great player will likely finish in the top 35 a few times out of the 100 trials. It's for that reason that I don't like the kind of payout structure Stars is using today.

It's not that the payout structure is "flatter". I wouldn't mind too much if they took some of the money that would normally go to the final table and redistributed it to the ninth decile. Problem is that so much of the redistributed money is coming from the second, third, and fourth tables (10th through 36th spots).

I have a bad feeling I'm getting knocked out before the money. 2600 with 300/600 blinds, ~470 players left.

level 9 ..only got 9k chips but getting zero hands...and they fold when I raise most of the time....they know I'm a tight ass.
