I think if you live in middle-of-nowhere you get a slightly lesser quality TV because it costs them more for shipping.

In Boston you should get the same thing that I got (and other I know got).

It's a 27" Sony Trinitron. Retails for about $450.
It's pretty nice (although really heavy).

I'm watching the Braves vs. Diamondbacks on it right now.

also - you can knock out those last 5k points in just a few days if you play a ton of MTT's....

For a RF-club member like yourself:
10 tourneys in a day = 300 points or so
20 tourneys in a day = 1000 points or so
25 tourneys in a day = 1500 points or so

(very rough estimates)

I knocked out 9k points in a couple of weeks.

Royal Flush Club member as of today! Woo-hoo!

Do you guys enter the raffle? I wonder what the odds are of winning something, since there can't be that many RFC members and you actually have to remember to sign up, etc.

(Actually, I probably should have kept my mouth shut)

No raffle, no raffle! Go away!

i signed up last quarter...didn't win anything.

easily the best aspect of the royal-flush club is the free $100/month (with no play-through requirement or nuthin')

I think we all know that the little, official 'royal-flush club card' you get in the mail is the 2nd best aspect.

Any chance you can take cash in lieu of another TV you don't want? If not, what would be the best way to convert it to cash?, hopefully having it delivered to the max bidder rather than to me . . .

do you get this stuff for free when you hit that point level? or do you have to redeem 25k points to get it? if the former, then do points spent along the way count against reaching the level, or is it a "lifetime total"?
