That freakin sucks. He couldn't even get a caller, let alone a raiser. Damn tight $215ers.

Sure, why not. Once in a while. I think the postflop line is standard; I can't see playing any of those streets differently.

No kidding. On a 22, I can expect about three callers, followed by a 'pot sweetening' mini-raise from the SB. Life is good.

Bingo. Notice how Curtains didn't go broke with them after he failed miserably to get them to raise for him.

The reason that I linked the poll is that I am always surprised by those (alot of good players whom I respect) who act like limping aces UTG is a terrible move. I do it frequently since (as you know very well) there's so much donkish mini-raising at the 22s. And of course, the guys who raised with AJs (or worse) just can't lay their hand down after my re-raise.

As long as we're on this 'once in a while' subject. What do you do when you get the nice little 4x from CO say? Folds around to you. At this early level do you smooth call, taking the flop OOP, looking to c-raise? Or push back PF - exposing your "obvious" rockets? Player/table dependant sure...just wondering...
