I couldn't believe no one bet the turn, but then when I thought about it after I think maybe my cold call on the flop just screamed ' I've got a 9'. Should I have capped? Would this have made the more thoughtful put me on other hands, i.e . TT, JJ, QQ or am I just over thinking this? Did I miss any bets?

Super,

I would have bet the flop and called a reraise. I probably would have bet the turn and hoped to get raised again.

The river played itself.
