Limit hold\'em tourneys in AC?
 

Anyone know of any weekly limit tourneys down in AC. Tried looking online but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

I think most casinos realize that limit sucks, especially for tournies, so they don't host them...

Not weekly...I think the Taj had one (at least) during the USPC.

Taj had a $300 one on Monday as part of their lead up to a major tournament. Taj should have atleast one in that buyin range when they have a major tournament.

A few years ago there were a lot of limit holdem tournaments in the US, but everyone wants to play NLHE like on ESPN. Besides, as the other poster said, limit poker is boring and not well suited to tournaments.

Yeah I know they're not as popular, but I was hoping at least one of the big casinos down there would have a weekly tourney. There aren't any big tourneys going on down there over my winter break so I guess I'm out of luck.

The Orleans has 2 or 3 LHE tourneys a week. Too lazy to look up a link, but they even have an O8 tourney if you're a real junkie.
