Ton of "Washy Wash" places here in Houston, pretty common in ATL too.

Here they also have places that aren't even called massage parlors, but "Stress Relief Studios/Clinics", just like the place Gavin posted they run full radio and newsprint ads.

Its like the backroom poker scene here, they know its going on they just don't care.

Actually there is a decent 10/20 with Overs game in a strip mall in W.Htown and a "Washy Wash" right beside it.

I have never been there of course.
