You can also give him a gift certificate at the local DVD shop or Amazon etc. This would be a very fun way for him to get really excited about picking out exactly what he wants, and is almost guaranteed to get him more excited about his choices than what you would give him, if only because he chose them. Whatever you get him anyway, after he finishes it, he'll instantly be thinking about the next movies and wish he had them instead.
