With no read its damn hard to know what he's doing here. But based on the size of the bet it seems unlikely he's looking to get called. So you can rule out a big hand, unless he's playing like a fvcking idiot who sees flushes in his nightmares.

If he's got one pair you've got 15 outs with 2 cards to come and are a small favorite, if he's got no pair and a draw you're ahead.
