New to the table but Villain has been been pretty tight so far.

Good value raise. He's got 2pr here a lot more often than a set and T9s occasionally as well.

i didn't see T9, I don't think it even needs to be suited. i think it's close see my post maybe you think the big pairs are less likely, and I can buy that.

Don't forget T9 in there too.

Some people also tend to go crazy on perceived blindsteals with weaker hands than normal, so he doesn't necessarily need to always have 2-pair or better.

Given a base read of "probably tightish" I would discount all of the behind combos more, probably around 10-15 total. I think he is folding the trash a lot, and 3 betting the others a lot more. Throw in the possibility he has a lower straight (you left out T9s in the ahead of section, which you should probably include if you include Q7s and J7s) and it is a good value raise/pay-off 3.
