ive been having problems creating a new neteller account.At first ive recieved an e mail saying it would be no problem just create a new account and id be able to trasnfer my information and funds to my new account. I call and they tell me they cant because the fact that a merchant isnt accepting a neteller isnt a valid reason (they said things such as curreny changes are valid reasons) and that they want me to talk to the PR department so they can solve the problem /w the merchant, obviously I dont want this. any ideas?

Change the currency to say GBP. Then in a few days change it back to dollars using some lame excuse like you read the T&C of some site incorrectly and thought youd be better off using GBP, but now you realize you made a mistake and you need it back in dollars.

Or you could've just cashed out to somewhere like eurobet, closed your account, open a new one then transfer the money back.
