I'd bet here. maybe 450/500. If he raises I fold, but he is going to need a solid hand to move in I think. I doubt he wants to double you up.

I couldn't have said it better. Pushing outright is kind of overkill, but check pushing is a good way to semibluff and take down a bigger pot. If he checks behind then I'm leading out on the turn and folding to a raise.

Pushing its all good, now ure oponent has only 2 options, many might fold a J here.
