Calls with the intent of reevaluating based on the identity of the turn card and the nature of the turn action. I imagine often you'll be folding the turn unimproved here.

16 SB in pot (assuming CO calls one more). You're getting 8:1 odds and behind based on the action with at MOST 5 outs which I think is being very generous. I'd fold.
